Elite Defense Institute will be teaching self defense basics in the martial arts of Krav Maga.
Krav Maga is a military self-defence and fighting system developed for the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and Israeli security forces derived from a combination of techniques sourced from boxing , wrestling, aikido, judo and karate, along with realistic fight training.
Attending both classes is not needed to participate. A waiver must be signed by each person that wants to participate in this free defense class.
This is not only a way to exercise but to learn some basics of self defense in a well respected martial art.
